"I would give them zero stars if I could. From the second they signed me up, I’ve been unable to reach Alicia on the phone or get her to respond to my emails. I switched to a different company (Liberty had WAY better rates) in December and they failed to terminate my renters policy until a week ago despite me sending multiple requests to have this taken care of. I just got off the phone with the customer service line who was very helpful, this office is absolutely terrible."
